I brought in a GMC Jimmy that I replaced a power steering pump in myself as I DiY as much as possible. There was still leaking which came from the associated high pressure line. The experience I had with Bert's Auto was very reassuring as they troubleshooter and dealt with a very hard to reach repair. Not only were they thorough but very proffesional and were able to complete the repair in a day. They also cleaned the engine bay and seemed very meticulous about their workmanship with very reasonable prices.
I had Bert’s install a set of SPC adjustable upper control arms I supplied for my lifted 2022 Tacoma. The previous aftermarket UCA’s were crappy. When the dealership did my alignment my steering wheel was slightly off center and they said that’s the best they could do. Dead perfect after Bert’s alignment. I was also very impressed Bert’s mechanic centered my slightly over sized tires in the wheel wells and it would easily take much bigger wheels without rubbing due to good placement. I’ll be back.
Cannot say enough good things about Berts, amazing professional service - something you don't see often these days. I have had a noise in the front end for months, thought it was tires, changed tires and was still there - Berts diagnosed a bearing and changed it, I couldn't be happier - the car has no noise and drives like new. I will always be going to Berts from now on and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you so much!
I drove in from east of Sherwood Park for a SCHEDULED appointment. What a bonus to be able to schedule an appointment first of all. The service was fast and friendly. The first thing they told me was that I didn't need new tires but the ones I had on my car were useless but it is nice to know that they look out for the customer. I would definitely say to everyone that is looking for great work and customer service to head to Bert's. They are absolutely wonderful!!!
